Firstly, the hotel could not be in a better location, and most districts are within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and very clean with daily housemaid service. The staff (especially Phung who was always smiling and ready to help) are great and try their very best to understand. Bear in mind that when you travel to exotic places in the corners of this world, please don't expect everyone to be able to speak or understand English. I recommend getting a sim card, although this was a challenge to find, as with access to Google maps on your smartphone, it will help you to avoid getting too lost if you are wandering on foot.

My stay at the Noble Swan Hotel in Saigon was fantastic! I can absolutely recommend this Hotel. I had a wonderful room, big enough and silent at night. Everybody is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The Hotel is more a big family than a Hotel. If you have any questions the staff is helping you. Just perfect. You can easily walk to most of the sights from the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located in district 1, next to ben thanh Market. All this was the reason for me to stay there 4 days and later another 5 days. There are 2 Noble Swan Hotels in Le Thanh Ton Street. My Hotel was on 270 Le Thanh Ton Street. I had a great time there!! one good point, one annoying point. on arrival I had to organise a bus to Dalat, the receptionist was brilliant in organising it all for me. great service there. minor gripe, was quoted 50k Dong for 1k laundry, I had about 1.5k, was charged 150k. (minimum fee) never been hit with ‘minimum’ fee before, a bit underhand.

The staff were lovely, close to Ben than market and heaps of food and massage places. Room was clean, staff gave us clean towels, new bottles of water and clean sheets everyday. Very happy, would come back again!

The junior suite size and view the hotel is close to the market a convenience store is directly opposite.

Close to the Ben Than markets and a 10min walk to all other cool tourist attractions. The room was a perfect size for us coming and going and the staff were lovely.
